The landscape design for this impressive building provides an attractive setting for office workers whilst also meeting local biodiversity targets. Sustainable landscape design must manage both energy and resources carefully, and this requires input from a wide range of environmental experts, including landscape architects, ecologists, hydrologists and sustainable energy specialists.

The Quadrus Centre is an exemplar business incubator development where sustainability has been a key factor in the design. The project achieved a BREEAM "excellent" rating with the external works meeting SUDS requirements and using recycled grey water and timber decking from certified renewable sources.
